I’ve been really into shopping for capsule wardrobe pieces on Amazon and have been impressed with my finds so far! It’s easy to get lost in all the options & you can’t see everything. I love it though, because the best pieces are affordable. If styled just right, Amazon dresses can look like you paid a lot more for them.

My favorite item so far is this maxi dress (pictured below) that comes in 6 colors/patterns. The bodice is smocked and the sleeves have ruffles. Can you believe this was on Amazon Prime for $22?

Day Time Look
For a morning at the Farmer’s Market downtown, errands or brunch, I style this maxi dress with white keds, a straw bag, and gold jewelry.
The gold bracelets and gold layered necklaces are affordable and durable! These are my go-to for any outfit I want to look put together, but not trying too hard. I have to shout out this from Amazon Prime. It’s gorgeous in person and the handle is perfect for tying on a silk scarf.
I just ordered this dress in orange for Fall and cannot wait to style it with a suede jacket and booties!

Night Time Look
For date night or a night out with my girlfriends (mostly over Zoom at this point!) I’ll wear a neutral block heel, denim jacket, and Tory Burch bag (similar here). Super simple, looks polished but not trying too hard.
Styling this dress with the right capsule wardrobe accessories can really elevate the look. I wear this baby everywhere & it’s so easy to take the look from day to night. I can’t wait to share more Amazon finds!
A NOTE ON QUALITY-
I’ve washed and dried this dress twice and noticed a little shrinkage, but not enough to need to size down. The fit is definitely TTS (true to size), which is tough to find on Amazon.
I did notice the dress looks best when the straps and bodice ruffles are steamed. It takes less than two minutes and makes a HUGE difference. This is the portable steamer I use under $20.
