This last New York trip was so much fun and so, so busy! I found myself running all over the place trying to keep up with fashion week meetings and shows. I was exhausted and just wanted to wear something I could dress up and down as I went through the events.
Before fashion week I saved so much inspo on Pinterest for what types of outfits I wanted to wear and one thing I was really excited about that is super easy to wear in all sorts of ways is a black satin midi dress.
This one is from Banana Republic Factory and fits like a dream. I wore this out to brunch to meet up with a girlfriend and paired the dress with a cream knit sweater, black strappy sandals, a tote bag, and a red lip.
You can easily take this dress from day to night by swapping the sandals for boots or heels and changing out the sweater for a jacket and a statement belt. I’m super excited to wear this dress this winter with knee-high black boots and a cream sweater tucked into a belt with a ballerina-style low bun. How would you wear this dress?
